J.P. has lived in Southern California for over 20 years and received his undergraduate degree in Finance from USC and his MBA from UC Irvine. He lives in the historic El Cortez in downtown San Diego with his wife, daughter and pets and enjoys entertaining friends and family with gorgeous city views. J.P. is an avid photographer, skier and an excellent cook.
